Lately I've been working on some EMD locomotive designs and decided the GP38-2 would be a great build for me to do. Since I have a ton of Yellow bricks, I was pretty much down to Two options - Union Pacific or a Lessor. I decided upon the latter, and I present my 90% complete GP38-2.
